Ruby Boots

Wise Up – Love this song. Ruby has been getting around for a while making folk country songs.

Emperors

Be Ready When I Say Go – I really like the style of these guys. Solid rock music.

Steve Parkin

Sun Stealer – Not a bad indie rock song. Haven’t heard much of his other stuff.

The Ghost Hotel

Take me home – Haven’t heard much of these guys. Nice bluesy sound happening though. Vocals are a little weak.

Felicity Groom

Siren Song – Dark and sulty sounds. Flick plays more live music than just about anyone out there in Perth.

Sugar Army

Tongues in Cheeks – Totally catchy song. Haven’t heard much of their other stuff. Indie rock type sound.

Abbe May

Mammalian Locomotion – Dark, brooding with some awesome bass sounds. Rocking. House mate may have a massive crush on her.

The Novocaines

Cup of Coffee – Got a bit of a british short fast loud thing going on.

Sunshine Brothers

Something Special – Got a bit of a Brow Horn like instrumental feel but much cruisier.

Carus Thompson

Dancing With The Wind – Folk/roots style.

Sonpsilo Circus

Silverspoon – Another band that I kind of feel has a british rock sound. This one a lot more chilled out.

Split Seconds

All You Gotta Do – Really liked these guys since I found them on JJJ Unearthed. Indie is about as good as I can
describe them. Great song.

San Cisco

Rocket Ship – These young ‘uns get better and better every time I see them. Multiple great songs.

Brow Horn Orchestra

Don’t You Wanna Sing Forever? – WAMI film clip of the year last year. Great band to get up and dance to
even if I still miss Emcee Rezide.

Boom! Bap! Pow!

No Pleasin’ – These guys missed their soul era but they somehow make it work in today’s world.
